Castelli Aero Race 6.0 Short Sleeve Cycling Jersey – SS22

The Aero Race 6.0 Jersey is Castelli’s most aero jersey to date. Engineered for aero efficiency at 30 to 55kmph it is designed for the fastest riding giving anyone a pro-level advantage.

Castelli’s first aero race jersey debuted in 2006 and was called the Split Second. Back then, aero was only for TTs and performance clothing meant moisture management. Castelli changed this for good, and in the process transformed the appearance and apparel of the pro peloton.

The Aero Race 6.0 is the sixth major revision of Castelli’s aero jersey. Each generation has become more aero and better fitting. The Aero Race 6.0 benefits heavily from Computer Fluid Dynamic research and input from Team Ineos who have tested the jersey in the crucible of pro racing.

Velocity Rev2 fabric on the front and sleeves leads to exceptional aerodynamics, and a mesh rear provides ventilation. A YKK zipper allows smooth opening and closing, and a drop tail means perfect pocket placement and no riding up when pushing hard on the drops and on the rivet.
