Quality in style

The Basil SoHo Nordlicht double pannier has a stylish and sleek black design finished with high quality details. Handy for going to the supermarket or between commuting and working. Will it rain on the way? Then the waterproof PU (IPX3) material ensures that the contents of the bag remain dry. You close the bag with a rolltop that you attach to the sides with snaps (also provided with zippers). Secure the roltop closure with the handy click buckle, it has an adjustable strap so the contents can be securely packed.

Optimization options

To make the bag even more pleasant and luxurious to use, there are extra options and fasteners available. Here you can think of security through additional lighting. The bag is equipped with Nordlicht Technology, this is an integrated LED strip. So you stand out even better in the dark! The LED lighting works on two AAA batteries (sold separately). Or do you have a lot of heavy stuff in the bag (Max. load 5 kg per single bag). Then you can combine the bag with the Basil Distance Holder – 70178 (sold separately). This holder prevents the bag from getting into the spokes of your bike.

Universal Bridge system with multiple mounting options

Easily attach the Basil SoHo Nordlicht double pannier to your bike rack with the Universal Bridge system. Thanks to the Universal Bridge system with eight slots, you can choose from three options to attach the bag. You can attach it with the supplied straps. Or in combination with the removable bag system Basil DBS system – 70186 (sold separately). We explain this handy and fine option for you in the paragraph below. The third and final option is an adapter plate like the removable MIK system, Racktime or i-Rack/Carrymore (these adapter plates are sold separately).

Multifunctional Basil DBS-system

The Detachable Bag System provides you with a handy system to quickly and easily attach or detach your double pannier to the bike rack. This way you can easily take your double pannier into the store. The system turns your double pannier into a detachable pannier. The ‘Detachable Bag System’ consists of two plates that you attach once with straps to your bag (plate 1) and carrier (plate 2). You then place the bag on the carrier and turn the dials a quarter turn. Your bag is secure! With the same ease you can unscrew the bag and take it with you quickly and easily.

Attention
– Abrasion against rough surfaces can damage the material. Nevertheless, the bag remains waterproof with the same high IPX3 standard.
– Nordlicht Technology can be used as a supplemental light and in no way replaces the legally required bicycle lights. For the use of all lighting, you must at all times follow the legal rules regarding bicycle lighting of the country.
